As a true “people person” at heart, Colleen has built a dynamic career rooted in creativity, leadership, and relationship-building. She began her career with Mattel producing commercials for one of the world’s leading toy companies. She later transitioned into project management, where she successfully led large-scale events and advertising campaigns for Fortune 500 brands. Known for her upbeat attitude, exceptional organization, and eye for design, Colleen has a natural ability to see the big picture while flawlessly managing every detail along the way. She brings energy, positivity, and professionalism to everything she does and genuinely enjoys connecting with people and helping projects come to life.
Born and raised in Southern California, Colleen attended San Diego State University where she met her college sweetheart, Dan. Married for 28 years, the two have built a close-knit family centered around hard work, love, laughter, and community. Together, they enjoy visiting and many fun adventures with their four children: Quincy, Lidia, Michael, and Nate… and their cute puppy Nellie.
Outside of work, Colleen loves to hike the beautiful scenic trails around Nashville, cheer from the sidelines of her sons’ football, rugby and baseball games, or bake her homemade cookies and cakes for family and friends. She believes in finding happiness in everyday experiences and seeing the bright side of life wherever you are.
